I got the best rate for location. The rooms are clean but they are spartan. Otherwise I can say that I had no issues.
You get what you pay. This place is affordable clean and the employee are very friendly. Cons, you have to park you car in their small private lot out side. You can park your car inside during the day. There is no heater neither ac unit. Another advantage is that you are one block away from the strip.
The rooms are clean, the staff is nice and understanding, and it's conveniently located with many shops nearby to visit. It's definitely worth the price.
I stayed the night with family. Nothing fancy but good service and clean rooms. I felt negative energy through out the night, though. I kept having bad dreams and when I woke up I would feel as if someone else was there in the room. I thought it was just me but everyone in my family had bad dreams. Kinda spooky but still a nice place to stay for the night.
